Delivery
We deliver worktops to virtually any address in England and Southern Wales and have a worktops delivery map for you too see the areas covered and the days we are in your delivery area.
3hour delivery window and driver phones 1/2 hour away en-route. We can sometimes help with an evening delivery by prior arrangement as our vans are specially adapted two day sleeper cab vans and may be staying in secure overnight parking in your area able to offer evening delivery. We use long vans not trucks for easy access to driveways and building sites.
*Red Monday/Tuesday delivery. .
*Orange Wednesday/Thursday delivery.
*Duropal worktops are 1-2 working day service with our Duropal delivery partners to both Red and Orange areas for rapid service - Order now for quick delivery.
Order Axiom and Bushboard worktops for northern area red delivery by 10pm Sunday evenings for Monday/Tuesday delivery and southern orange area by 3pm Tuesday for Wednesday/Thursday delivery. Duropal order by 10am for next day/2 working days service.

Please be advised that we have a duty of care and responsibility to our drivers and cannot deliver above ground floor or more than 50 yards from the vehicle. At least one fit and able person must be on hand to assist all deliveries as our vans only have the driver onboard for efficient price capability. Andy will phone 1-2 days before delivery and offer a 3 hour delivery window and Steve or Jim will phone ½ hour away en-route on the day
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the way we deliver we can’t collect the worktops from you as we load job by job in the order we are running the van around the country. Andy tears the bags/packaging open when we load on the van to ensure damage free worktops delivery to avoid returns being required. This checking when he loads renders the boards packaging opened and not in the original packaging from the warehouse we pull stocks from and we can't return to stock. We really do deliver 100% worktops without the need for returns and we send sample swatches for you to ensure you are happy with the colour and texture of your purchase before you commit to buying.
You may return most new, unopened smaller items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund but they have to be sealed and delivered back to Ipswich by your method and we check all items before your transport leaves our address.
We will refund the order and arrange/pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Andy really does check every worktop on to the van for quality control and we refuse to take phone orders ensuring the whole process is automated and administration mistakes should not happen. If you really do have the wrong item we do all we can to fix this before you need to install as we want to turn a wrong into a right as fast as possible ensuring your positive feedback.
You should expect to receive a refund within 20 days of giving your package to the return shipper or your delivery company; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly as we don’t want to hold your funds when you can use them to purchase a replacement from another company. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 business day), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item so long as we have agreed a method for return or accepted our liability.
