National Laminate Worktops Delivery (see Formica sheets below by courier)

Order your laminate worktops from Selffit with 2-4 day worktops delivery to mainland England and southern Scotland, from UK stock.  Worktops can’t be sent by courier – we deliver them by road.  Order online from Selffit and someone will call you within a day or so and book the delivery with you.  

The shipping costs quoted do not apply when ordering from AB37-38,  41-45, 51-56.  All BT Post Codes, FK20-21, IV1 3-49, 51-56, KW1-17, PA20-49 60-78,     PH15-44, ZE1-3.  These will be higher and you need to email us 1st.

Worktops delivery is £30 unless you order over £600 then it's £20 delivery

We can request that the driver try to phone you en-route We request 1 able person to help to unload. The worktops delivery driver is not a "home delivery" service and our prices reflect this.  This is not suitable for delivering to your customer if you are not on-site to unload.  If you are ordering the worktops for yourself, you need to be home or on site that day.  We endeavour to call you to ensure you are prepared and as you can see from our reviews, we are very good at making sure this happens. 

To ensure a happy delivery we do quote “two fit and able persons must be on hand to help unload”.  Worktops do not bend around corners and we cannot cut to length before we deliver – sorry.  Please make sure they will fit before ordering...

 
Laminate Sheets Courier Delivery.

Stocks of Formica Fundamentals Laminate sheets are sent out from stocks to England mainland and Southern Scotland, from here in Ipswich using UK Mail Business Post.  UK Mail Business Post Ipswich, manages to deliver a national damage free service for us and have done for over 12 months, proving an effective service for our customer’s peace of mind.

Laminate Sheet Courier delivery is £14.50 for orders up to £190.00, £19.95 for orders up to £700.00, if you order over £700 then it's £5.99.delivery.

Delivery for UK mainland only

 Some companies charge £10 per box for packing - we do not charge for this.

We can send everything from gloss white to gloss black with reds and blues in between. You can also order adhesives and other materials needed from our website. We very rarely let customers down as we have access to great stocks of Formica Fundamental Laminate sheets with more information shown on our laminate information page.  We can't send worktops by courier only laminate sheets.

The lads roll and box the orders in dedicated cartons and the courier collects 1-2 days after you order, on a next day service.  This is why we need to quote 2-3 days delivery in Formica Sheets.  We do not hand write any documents – we use I-Consign digitally copied from your order on our web site printing branded labels with POD scanning and route management.

Returns Policy.

You may return most new, unopened smaller items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund but they have to be sealed and delivered back to Ipswich by your method and we check all items before your transport leaves our address.  This applies to laminate sheeting but we open and inspect before crediting.

We will refund the order and arrange/pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  We do check every worktop for quality control and we refuse to take phone orders ensuring the whole process is automated and administration mistakes should not happen.  If you really do have the wrong item we do all we can to fix this before you need to install as we want to turn a wrong into a right as fast as possible ensuring your positive feedback.

You should expect to receive a refund within 20 days of giving your package to the return shipper or your delivery company; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly as we don’t want to hold your funds when you can use them to purchase a replacement from another company. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 business day), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item so long as we have agreed a method for return or accepted our liability.

Due to the nature of the way we deliver worktops we can’t collect the worktops (countertops) from you as we load job by job in the order we are running the van around the country.  We do check the bags/packaging ope n when we load on to ensure damage free worktops delivery to avoid returns being required.  This checking when loading renders the boards packaging opened and not in the original packaging from the warehouse we pull stocks from and we can't return to stock.  We really do deliver 100% worktops without the need for returns and we send sample swatches for you to ensure you are happy with the colour and texture of your purchase before you commit to buying.
