Lorraine answers the phones 9:30am – 12:30pm leaving afternoons to concentrate on orders as well as taking items to the courier depot.  Lorraine has taken over from Andy taking the business far further than Andy had time too and admits she does it better…  Andy still pops in but normally gets told to leave within ½ hour!
